The project attempts to investigate the systemic response to emergency situations using the theoretical risk identification and assessment model. The results are codified providing the raw data for the design and development of an intelligent emergency management system with the aim of optimizing operator response time. At the same time, a service is being developed to optimize the use of available resources and the relevant intervention routes. The above is considered with existing protocols/procedures of the E.O.A.E. and are visualized in the integrated resource and emergency management system using Geographic Information Systems technologies.
